About the role

The Enrolled Nurse will support the delivery of nursing care in a busy outpatient clinic environment, working under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and physicians. This role involves direct patient interaction, clinical procedures, and coordination of care pathways.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in nursing care delivery, including phlebotomy and clinic‑based procedures.
• Support pre‑ and post‑procedure care, admission coordination, and discharge processes.
• Conduct eye and foot screening according to clinic protocols and escalate at‑risk findings.
• Provide basic patient education, counselling, and chronic disease monitoring under supervision.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in line with institutional and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with physicians, Registered Nurses, and the multidisciplinary team to ensure safe patient care.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the reporting officer or department management.

Required profile

• NITEC or higher in Nursing.
• Registered Enrolled Nurse with the Singapore Nursing Board.
• 1–2 years of relevant clinical or outpatient nursing experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work in a fast‑paced clinic.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
