Enterprise Account Executive – ASEAN Industries

About the role

Anthropic is looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to introduce its frontier AI technology to large enterprises across Southeast Asia. Based in Singapore, you will drive adoption of safe, cutting‑edge AI solutions by securing strategic deals with corporations in finance, healthcare, technology, manufacturing, and telecommunications throughout the ASEAN region.

Key responsibilities

• Own and exceed revenue targets by winning new enterprise accounts and expanding existing relationships across ASEAN countries.
• Serve as senior regional coverage for Anthropic's most strategic ASEAN enterprise accounts, building executive relationship depth and commercial momentum.
• Build and execute territory plans that identify high‑value opportunities across key industries, accounting for market maturity, regulatory environment, and buying behaviour.
• Lead consultative sales processes with C‑suite and senior technical stakeholders, positioning AI as a strategic business transformation driver.
• Orchestrate internal teams—Product, Engineering, Applied AI, Partnerships—to deliver tailored solutions for complex enterprise requirements.
• Translate technical AI capabilities into compelling business value propositions for Southeast Asian enterprises.
• Identify new use cases and contribute to ASEAN go‑to‑market strategy, providing feedback that shapes product roadmap.
• Represent Anthropic across Southeast Asia, building executive relationships with enterprise, partner, and government stakeholders.

Required profile

• 12+ years in enterprise sales, GTM, business development, or account management with direct, in‑market Southeast Asia experience.
• Proven track record of managing complex, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles and securing strategic deals in ASEAN markets.
• Existing commercial network across enterprise and partner communities in Singapore and the broader region.
