Enterprise Account Executive Malaysia

About the role

Elastic, the Search AI company, is seeking a high‑energy Enterprise Account Executive to drive new revenue and expansion within strategic enterprise accounts in Malaysia. You will own a defined territory, build your own pipeline, and close complex, multi‑stakeholder deals using a consumption‑based model.

Key responsibilities

• Drive adoption of Elastic’s AI‑powered search, observability and security solutions in new and existing enterprise accounts.
• Act as a trusted advisor, helping customers transform data into actionable insights.
• Position Elastic as the preferred Search AI platform by speaking fluently about cloud economics, usage‑based pricing and modern data architectures.
• Identify new use cases and develop business plans leveraging community, customer and partner ecosystems.
• Navigate complex sales cycles, qualify opportunities with frameworks such as MEDDPICC, and collaborate with Solutions Architects, Customer Success, Marketing and RevOps.

Required profile

• Proven track record of over‑achievement in SaaS subscription sales to enterprise customers.
• Strong technical curiosity combined with value‑based selling grit.
• Excellent executive negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to craft tailored value stories linking Elastic’s capabilities to measurable business outcomes.
