Enterprise Customer Engineer

About the role

Cloudflare is looking for an Enterprise Customer Engineer to act as a trusted technical advisor for our enterprise customers in Singapore. You will own the technical relationship from discovery through adoption, leveraging AI‑augmented workflows to focus on high‑value architectural design and measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to lead technical discovery, design bespoke architectures, and deliver product demos and Proof of Concepts across Cloudflare’s Security, Networking, and Developer Platforms.
• Maintain a continuous, deep relationship with key stakeholders throughout the customer lifecycle, from onboarding to renewal and expansion.
• Align technical solutions with evolving customer business goals and Cloudflare’s product roadmap.
• Carry a variable quota tied to new business acquisition and account growth, driving platform adoption, revenue retention, and cross‑sell/up‑sell opportunities.
• Lead technical Quarterly Business Reviews to translate platform capabilities into ROI for C‑level executives.
• Utilize AI agents and internal platforms to automate routine tasks such as RFP responses, sandbox provisioning, and telemetry monitoring.

Required profile

• Experience in a customer‑facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Customer Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Forward Deployed Engineering.
• Strong technical acumen with a broad understanding of web security, networking, and developer platforms.
• Ability to act as a trusted advisor and manage long‑term technical relationships.
• Commercial mindset with accountability for revenue growth and platform adoption.
