Enterprise Sales Director

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Sales Director to lead prospecting, relationship management and complex deal negotiations with our largest customers. You will shape our sales motion, collaborate across product and GTM teams, and drive revenue growth for our AI‑powered platform.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and target enterprise prospects through research, networking and cold calling to build pipeline.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers, serving as the primary point of contact.
• Lead negotiations, address objections and close complex multi‑year deals, coordinating with legal and finance.
• Develop and execute sales strategies, craft tailored presentations and proposals, and work with marketing on campaigns.
• Define and refine the sales motion as part of an early‑stage GTM team, collaborating with product, technical and operations groups.

Required profile

• 10+ years of enterprise‑facing sales experience, consistently meeting $1M+ quotas.
• Proven track record of managing end‑to‑end complex deals and closing large accounts.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Analytical mindset with data‑driven decision making.
• Experience in the AI landscape and building GTM strategies is a plus.
