Enterprise Systems Consultant

About the role

Bitdeer is seeking an Enterprise Systems Consultant to support daily operations and configuration of its enterprise business systems. You will act as the primary liaison between business users and technical teams, ensuring smooth workflow, approval processes, and system enhancements.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily operation and configuration of enterprise business systems, including workflows, approvals, forms, roles, and permissions.
• Receive, clarify, and manage system‑related requests and issues from business users, ensuring timely resolution.
• Assist in new workflow or system implementation activities, covering requirement clarification, configuration, testing, and go‑live support.
• Perform basic system customisation or technical tasks such as scripting and workflow logic to meet business needs.
• Document business requirements clearly and coordinate with internal stakeholders, system owners, and vendors.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of system usability and business processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business IT, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in enterprise systems, business applications, or process‑related roles.
• Strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and ability to follow through on tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and patience when working with business stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with appropriate guidance and prioritisation.
