Entry-Level Process Engineer – Manufacturing

About the role

Our client, a leading manufacturer of electrical power distribution and industrial solutions, is expanding its engineering team. The Entry-Level Process Engineer will support manufacturing excellence and drive operational improvements across regional facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, standardise, and maintain manufacturing processes and production procedures across regional operations.
• Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements and automation initiatives to boost efficiency.
• Support the rollout of standardised production processes in local and overseas plants.
• Manage and optimise production systems for switchgear manufacturing and assembly.
• Conduct process audits, ensure compliance with operational standards, and champion continuous‑improvement projects.
• Provide engineering support for manufacturing operations and related process projects.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of process engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing process improvement and production system optimisation.
• Experience with process standardisation, implementation or automation projects.
• Willingness to travel overseas when required.
