Environmental Technician

About the role

We are looking for a diligent Environmental Technician to join our team in Singapore. You will be responsible for conducting water sampling and supporting environmental testing activities across scheduled and ad‑hoc assignments.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct water sampling for environmental testing following established SOPs and sampling procedures.
• Handle, label, store, and transport collected samples to ensure accurate testing results.
• Complete and update sampling records and documentation accurately by the end of each working day.
• Maintain proper housekeeping and keep all sampling equipment clean and ready for use.
• Adhere to all safety requirements, Safe Work Procedures, and relevant environmental guidelines.
• Remain contactable during assigned standby duties and respond to sampling requests, including weekend standby on a rotational basis.

Required profile

• Ability to work Monday‑Friday, 8:30 am‑6:00 pm, with occasional weekend standby (3‑5 times per month).
• Valid Class 3 driver's license is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedural instructions.

What we offer

• Competitive monthly salary of SGD 2,300‑2,600.
• Additional standby allowance of SGD 30 per day, counted as overtime when activated.
