Epi Fab Assistant

About the role
The Epi Fab Assistant supports semiconductor wafer production by handling epitaxy equipment and ensuring smooth operation of growth reactors. This position works closely with the fab team to maintain high‑quality wafer processing and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Load and unload wafers into epitaxy reactors for growth cycles.
- Perform tool changeovers and routine cleaning of equipment.
- Operate auxiliary support tools and manage chemicals used in testing and support processes.
- Participate in the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) program by suggesting improvements and escalating issues.
- Assist with simple maintenance tasks during tool changeovers.
Required profile
- Attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
- Willingness to learn basic maintenance and equipment handling.
- Capability to work safely with chemicals and semiconductor tools.
