About the role
The Epitaxy Fab Assistant supports wafer growth operations in a semiconductor clean‑room environment. The role involves handling wafers, operating epitaxy reactors, and maintaining the tools used for wafer processing.
Key responsibilities
- Load and unload wafers into epitaxy reactors for growth cycles.
- Perform tool changeovers and routine cleaning of equipment.
- Operate supporting tools and manage chemicals required for testing and process support.
- Participate in the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) program by suggesting improvements and escalating issues.
- Assist with simple maintenance tasks during tool changeover to ensure optimal equipment performance.
Required profile
- Ability to work safely with chemicals in a clean‑room setting.
- Willingness to learn and perform basic maintenance and tool‑change procedures.
- Proactive attitude toward continuous improvement and issue escalation.
