Equipment Maintenance Technician

About the role

Micron Technology is seeking an Equipment Maintenance Technician to join its manufacturing team in Singapore. You will work closely with shift operations, equipment engineers, and tool vendors to ensure that critical manufacturing equipment runs reliably and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor tool performance and schedule preventative maintenance for assigned equipment sets.
• Perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting on electro‑mechanical equipment used in semiconductor production.
• Dismantle, adjust, repair, and re‑assemble equipment according to blueprints, manuals, or sketches.
• Use test and diagnostic equipment to conduct equipment check‑outs and rebuilds as needed.
• Implement equipment modifications directed by engineers.

Required profile

• Diploma in Engineering; Mechanical, Electrical or Electronic Engineering preferred.
• Experience in equipment maintenance and troubleshooting is preferred.
• Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes and technologies is a plus.
• Willingness to work a 12‑hour rotating shift schedule.
