ERP Functional Executive / Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an ERP Functional Executive / Consultant to join our team in Singapore. You will support both pre‑sales and post‑sales activities, guiding customers through ERP demonstrations, implementations, and ongoing success.

Key responsibilities

• Provide pre‑sales support: analyse prospect requirements, prepare demo databases, conduct product demos and propose ERP solutions.
• Lead project kick‑off meetings, present project plans, schedules and training plans.
• Conduct implementation sessions, gather and document business requirements, and coordinate with analysts for solution assessment.
• Facilitate discussions between customers and technical teams for complex enhancements.
• Deliver end‑user training and assist with simple document customisation (quotations, purchase orders, invoices).
• Monitor project tasks, billing schedules, invoicing and overdue payments through to live run.
• Build strong customer relationships, ensure smooth implementation and provide feedback for product improvements.

Required profile

• Customer‑focused mindset with strong stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to work with prospects, customers and internal teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong aptitude for learning new technologies.
• Experience in ERP implementation, software consulting or other customer‑facing roles is a plus.
• Singaporean citizenship required.
