ERP Implementation Consultant (IT)

About the role

We are looking for an ERP Implementation Consultant (IT) to join our Singapore office. You will work on Yonyou ERP and cloud solutions, helping clients customize, configure and deploy systems across Southeast Asia.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and analyse client requirements.
• Design, test and develop localisation and customisation of Yonyou ERP and cloud solutions.
• Plan and manage resources, schedules, system configuration and integration testing.
• Conduct review and integration testing to ensure quality before user‑acceptance testing.
• Investigate reported issues, implement amendments and retest to ensure efficient operation.
• Resolve technical problems during project delivery.
• Document designs, technical specifications, deployment procedures and integration interfaces.
• Receive training on Yonyou ERP products, industry practices and project management.
• Provide pre‑sales technical support, including product and solution proposals.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in business applications, cloud solutions and ERP implementations.
• Degree in Information Technology, Engineering or Supply Chain Management.
• Knowledge of account and supply‑chain management processes is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work quickly under pressure and collaborate in fast‑paced teams.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin.
• Willingness to be based in Singapore and travel for projects in Southeast Asia.

Required skills

• ERP implementation experience (Yonyou ERP preferred).
• SQL query writing.
• Experience with relational databases such as SQL Server or Oracle.
• Cloud solution familiarity.
