About the role
We are looking for an experienced EUC / Desktop Support Engineer (L1) to provide onsite, hands‑on support for our enterprise environment in Singapore. The role involves working across two locations, primarily at International Business Park, with quarterly rotations as business needs dictate.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver onsite deskside support for hardware, software and network issues.
- Perform IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) and break/fix activities.
- Manage device lifecycle: imaging, deployment, configuration, patching and upgrades.
- Support Windows 10/11, basic macOS, Microsoft Office 365, Outlook, VPN, printers and scanners.
- Utilise SCCM, Microsoft Intune and ServiceNow for ticketing, asset tracking and patch management.
- Administer Active Directory – user accounts, password resets and group management.
- Provide VIP support, resolve critical incidents and ensure endpoint security compliance.
- Follow ITIL processes for incident, request and problem management.
Required profile
- 3–5 years of desktop/EUC support experience in an enterprise setting.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel between the two support sites as required.
- English and Chinese proficiency at minimum B2 level.
