Event Executive / Manager

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Event Executive / Manager to join Jiak Kim House’s Events Team. You will be the primary point of contact for clients planning weddings, corporate functions and private dining experiences, guiding them from the first enquiry through to a flawless event delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Support sales and execution of weddings, corporate events, celebrations and private dining.
• Conduct site viewings, host tastings and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, invoices and manage all event‑related documentation.
• Coordinate timelines and requirements with clients, operations and kitchen teams.
• Provide on‑site support including guest liaison, setup coordination and AV arrangements.
• Liaise with external vendors such as florists, stylists and other partners.
• Assist with event marketing activities, including social media content creation and promotional coordination.
• Maintain strong client relationships and deliver thoughtful hospitality experiences.
• Monitor industry trends and support reporting on event sales performance.
• Work evenings or weekends as required and perform any additional duties assigned by management.
