About the role
We are seeking an Event Operations Manager to own the full lifecycle of our virtual and physical awards galas for a leading financial media client. The role will ensure flawless execution from planning through post‑event reporting, delivering a premium experience for clients, partners and attendees.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate and deliver end‑to‑end operations for both virtual and in‑person awards ceremonies.
- Produce and manage client‑facing assets, timelines, run‑of‑show documents and post‑event reports.
- Liaise with internal teams, clients, venues and external vendors to guarantee smooth execution.
- Maintain meticulous attention to detail across all operational touchpoints.
- Prioritise multiple timelines and adapt quickly in a fast‑paced environment.
Required profile
- Proven experience in awards, conference or event operations within B2B environments.
- Strong project coordination and stakeholder‑management abilities.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and hit the ground running.
- Experience in financial media, conferences or awards events is preferred.
