Retail Supervisor – Warehouse & Store Operations

About the role

The Retail Supervisor ensures smooth flow of inventory across two locations – a warehouse and a retail store – by managing inbound and outbound goods, maintaining accurate records, and supporting daily store operations. Reporting to the Assistant Retail Manager, you will work both independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect, count, price‑tag, and put away inbound orders while keeping inventory records up to date.
• Pick and pack outbound orders, ensuring accurate fulfillment.
• Organise and store stock efficiently, optimise storage space, and conduct ad‑hoc inventory checks and cycle counts.
• Assist with stock replenishment on the retail floor and coordinate deliveries from off‑site storage.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of warehouse and store areas.
• Support hardware dismantling and other ad‑hoc tasks as directed by retail management.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years of retail management experience.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and evenings.
• Physical capability to lift, push or pull 10‑15 kg repeatedly.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Team‑oriented attitude with a positive approach to responsibilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with POS systems.
• Advanced Excel skills.
