Senior Technician – Bus PDI & Diagnostics

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Technician to lead pre‑delivery inspection (PDI) and commissioning activities for bus products. The role involves diagnosing faults, performing repairs, and ensuring buses are clean and ready for hand‑over to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct PDI activities for new bus units.
• Perform testing and commissioning of bus systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot bus faults, including on‑site visits to operator depots.
• Assist in rectification work and clean interior/exterior before joint PDI with customers.

Required profile

• Minimum NITEC in Automotive Technology or equivalent qualification.
• 1–3 years of experience in the automotive industry or a related field.
• Class IV driving licence is an advantage.
• Training for working at height is preferred.

Required skills

• Vehicle diagnostics.
• Maintenance and repair of electric vehicles.
