About the role
We are seeking an organised and proactive Events Project Executive to manage event planning and execution from client briefing through completion. The role ensures seamless operations, budget adherence, and timely delivery in a dynamic environment.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate event activities from initial client briefing to event-day operations and completion.
- Liaise with clients and vendors to align event objectives and logistics.
- Prepare detailed event schedules and operational plans.
- Coordinate logistics, manpower, setup, and teardown.
- Manage event budgets and timelines.
- Conduct site visits to assess venues and verify readiness.
- Adapt quickly to last‑minute changes and resolve issues.
- Communicate and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
