Community Engagement & Partnerships Assistant Manager

About the role

The Community Engagement & Partnerships Assistant Manager will lead volunteer recruitment, onboarding and retention while building strong relationships with schools, corporates and community partners. This role also oversees donor management, content creation and the production of communication materials to support programme enrolment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage volunteer recruitment, onboarding, engagement, deployment and retention.
• Maintain volunteer and donor databases, and improve volunteer management processes.
• Build and nurture relationships with volunteers, schools, corporates, grassroots and community partners.
• Coordinate outreach, engagement and communications to support programme and Student Care enrolment.
• Handle donations-in-kind, including screening, distribution, acknowledgement and record‑keeping.
• Create and manage content for social media, websites, newsletters and other communication channels.
• Support the production of brochures, reports, videos and other organisational collaterals.
• Monitor and evaluate volunteer, outreach and media initiatives to improve effectiveness.
• Perform any other ad‑hoc duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Degree in Communications or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in a charity or non‑profit environment is an advantage.
• Ability to start immediately or on short notice.
• Willingness to work Monday‑Friday, 9 am‑6 pm, based in Ang Mo Kio, Singapore.
