Executive Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director of Performance Motors Limited, the authorised BMW dealer in Singapore. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations, managing communications, and delivering high‑quality administrative support across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive executive support to the Managing Director, including calendar management, travel arrangements, expense processing and preparation of meeting materials.
• Coordinate internal and external meetings, develop agendas, record minutes and track follow‑up actions.
• Act as the primary liaison between the Managing Director and stakeholders, maintaining confidential and professional communication.
• Support corporate services functions such as mail distribution, invoice processing, and preparation of reports and presentations.
• Assist the Head of Department with CSR initiatives, event planning and related administrative tasks.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in administrative or executive support roles; fresh graduates are also welcome.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information.
