• Provide cross‑departmental support to operations analysts, underwriters, claims, and finance teams to improve operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Underwriting support experience is ideal but not mandatory; training will be provided.
• Prior exposure to the non‑life re/insurance industry is a plus.
• SCI certification may be required; sponsorship is available for candidates without it.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Strong communication, organization, multitasking, time‑management, and teamwork abilities.
