Executive Chef – Full‑Time (SGD 3,000‑5,000/month)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our kitchen operations across Singapore. The successful candidate will ensure high‑quality food preparation, maintain hygiene standards, and manage the kitchen team to deliver excellent dining experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes in accordance with standard operating procedures.
• Allocate duties and supervise kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Fulfill all food orders promptly while meeting quality expectations.
• Manage stock, conduct inventory checks, and place orders for supplies.
• Maintain strict hygiene and housekeeping standards within the kitchen.
• Store, prepare, and present food safely and hygienically.
• Uphold high food quality standards to achieve customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Profound knowledge of food and beverage operations.
• Proficiency with kitchen equipment.
• Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, assign responsibilities and exhibit patience.
• Willingness to work night shifts.
