Executive Director – Structures

About the role

Join Aurecon’s Infrastructure business as an Executive Director, Structures, leading a team of specialists to deliver complex infrastructure projects worldwide. You will be responsible for securing work, managing project delivery, financial performance and developing talent.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain client relationships, lead proposal and tender processes, and achieve revenue and utilisation targets.
• Oversee full project lifecycle including contract negotiation, schedule, quality, risk, financial performance and scope management.
• Manage project profitability, ensuring financial outcomes align with budgets and business plans.
• Lead, mentor and develop the structural engineering team, fostering competency growth and cross‑geography collaboration.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering with PE registration in Singapore.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in structural engineering and consulting, with proven business development and client management.
• Strong communication, analytical and commercial skills, and a track record of delivering major design projects.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage complex projects and develop junior staff.
