Executive, Fundraising & Partnerships

About the role

The Executive, Fundraising & Partnerships will support Allkin Singapore’s fundraising initiatives and strategic partnership development. Working closely with the Senior Executive, you will help engage donors, create partnership proposals and drive campaigns that sustain and expand the organisation’s impact.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify prospective donors, corporate partners, foundations and grant opportunities; develop grant applications and sponsorship decks.
• Support donor outreach, cultivation, engagement activities and manage the fundraising pipeline.
• Coordinate donor meetings, site visits, appreciation events and ensure timely fulfilment of partnership commitments.
• Compile programme outcomes, impact data and beneficiary stories for donor reporting and stewardship materials.
• Assist in planning and executing fundraising campaigns, events and community initiatives, working with internal teams and external vendors.
• Maintain accurate donor, donation and partnership records; support budget tracking, invoice processing and compliance reporting.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Social Sciences or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in fundraising, partnerships, marketing or stakeholder engagement.
• Prior experience in the social service or non‑profit sector is preferred.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
• Digital marketing knowledge for campaign development.
