Executive, Learning, People Experience & Service Quality

About the role

The Singapore Island Country Club is seeking an organised and proactive Executive to lead learning, people experience and service quality initiatives. This role will support the HR team in delivering training programmes, employee engagement activities and service excellence across the club.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate learning and development programmes, managing schedules, registrations, attendance records and feedback collection.
• Deliver new‑hire orientation and service‑related training sessions.
• Support leadership development and capability‑building initiatives.
• Plan and execute employee engagement, wellness, recognition and culture‑building activities.
• Assist with employee surveys, focus groups and track follow‑up actions.
• Manage service quality initiatives, internal audits, feedback tracking and improvement actions.
• Prepare communications, reports, dashboards and presentation materials.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, trainers, vendors and service partners.
• Support event logistics, procurement, documentation and programme administration.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely follow‑through on deliverables.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business, Hospitality, Communications, Learning & Development or related fields.
• 2–5 years of experience in HR, training coordination, employee engagement, service quality, hospitality or events coordination.
• Strong organisational and coordination abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Positive, service‑minded and collaborative attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite.
