About the role

The Executive Quantity Surveyor will play a key role in tender preparation, quantity take‑offs and cost control across a range of construction projects. Working closely with project teams and stakeholders, the role ensures accurate pricing, variation management and claim support throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

Assist in tender preparation (BOQs, pricing, tender reports).
Conduct take‑offs and quantity calculations.
Support tender coordination and submission.
Provide QS support for projects (cost control, variations, claims).
Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders.
Develop QS skills in tendering and project management.

Required profile

Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
2‑4 years of QS experience in tendering or project execution.
Strong knowledge of construction contracts and QS principles.
Proficient in QS software (e.g., Glodon, Bluebeam).
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
