F10 DAST Automation Engineer

About the role

Micron is hiring an F10 DAST Material Handling Automation Engineer for its Fab 10N/X site. You will automate warehouse and receiving operations through ASRS, conveyor systems, RFID tracking, AI-driven analytics and digital twin technologies, supporting smart warehouse solutions such as WMS integration, AI-powered receiving automation and material flow optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Support ASRS, conveyor systems, RFID and AI implementation projects
• Help achieve reliable system performance through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, AI-driven predictive maintenance and continuous improvement
• Support receiving automation design, including AI-enabled OCR, barcode scanning and software interfaces
• Contribute to WMS integration and to AI-powered digital twins for warehouse simulation and optimisation
• Develop technical documentation, AI-based data analytics dashboards and performance tracking tools
• Work with IT, operations and facilities teams on automation projects
• Promote a safe and green working environment

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics, Chemical, Mechanical or Materials Engineering, or equivalent
• Demonstrated leadership experience, such as through academic projects, internships or extracurricular activities
• Proven problem-solving skills, including 8D, 5 Why analysis and PFMEA
• PROBE internship experience within a semiconductor company
• Experience on projects matching the duties of this position
• Interest in and knowledge of the semiconductor industry and Micron is preferred
