F10 Manufacturing Equipment Technician

About the role

Micron is hiring an F10 Manufacturing Equipment Technician for its Fab 10N/X site. As part of the manufacturing team, the technician supports production efficiency, machine utilization and quality output, and works alongside equipment engineers to keep equipment available to meet product requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze machine utilization and improve and ensure quality output
• Maintain overall production efficiency of assigned workstations
• Follow safety procedures and report hazards promptly to support a safe work environment
• Work with equipment engineers to strengthen and maintain equipment availability
• Use AI-assisted tools and insights to improve efficiency, quality or effectiveness, in line with organizational standards and legal requirements
• Identify, test and share AI-enabled improvements within your scope of work

Required profile

• A relevant Nitec, Higher Nitec or Diploma in Engineering, or equivalent working experience
• Experience in semiconductor manufacturing is an added advantage
• Self-motivated, results-oriented and looking for growth
• Comfortable working 12-hour shifts, including night shifts

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Baseline digital fluency and role-appropriate AI literacy to use AI tools responsibly for research, analysis, content creation, problem-solving and operational tasks
