F10 Probe Manufacturing Technician

About the role

Micron is hiring an F10 Probe Manufacturing Technician at its Fab 10N/X facility. The technician operates and monitors probe manufacturing equipment to process production lots accurately and efficiently, meeting shift output requirements and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor multiple machines and cover them during breaks as required.
• Use computer-based programs and applications for daily duties, and log machines accurately and on time.
• Monitor equipment performance and report abnormalities to the Shift Lead.
• Follow process specifications, procedures, change notifications and engineering requirements.
• Maintain an organised workstation and adhere to 6S standards.
• Take part in on-the-job training and certification programmes, and give thorough shift handovers.
• Identify and report hazards and unsafe conditions, and recommend improvements to quality, productivity and safety.
• Integrate AI-assisted tools into daily work where appropriate, following organisational standards.

Required profile

• Diploma, NITEC, Higher NITEC or equivalent work experience in engineering, manufacturing or a related technical field.
• Willingness to work a permanent 12-hour day or night shift schedule.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, and ability to interpret technical documents and work instructions.
• Good verbal and written communication skills for shift handovers and documentation.
