Facilities Management Executive

About the role

We are seeking a Facilities Management Executive to oversee day‑to‑day operations and maintenance of our client sites in Singapore. The role ensures reliable building services, coordinates contractors, and drives continuous improvement in facility performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day facilities management and building operations for assigned sites.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of M&E systems including ACMV, electrical, plumbing, fire protection and other building services.
• Plan, schedule and monitor maintenance activities to ensure reliability and smooth operation.
• Conduct regular site inspections, identify and rectify defects and breakdowns promptly.
• Coordinate and manage contractors, subcontractors and service providers to meet safety, quality and timeline requirements.
• Monitor service performance against contractual requirements, KPIs and service levels.
• Liaise with clients and building representatives on operational matters and maintenance issues.
• Prepare and maintain maintenance reports, work orders and inspection records.
• Support budgeting, quotation, procurement and cost‑control activities for facilities works.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, safety and environmental regulations.
• Identify opportunities to improve building performance, energy efficiency and operational effectiveness.
• Lead and supervise site technicians and facilities personnel as needed.
• Respond to emergency breakdowns and coordinate timely corrective actions.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Building Services, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Construction or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in facilities management, building maintenance or M&E engineering.
• Strong knowledge of building services and M&E systems, preferably ACMV, electrical, plumbing and fire protection.
• Experience managing contractors and service providers.
• Good understanding of preventive and corrective maintenance practices.
• Strong communication and coordination skills with clients and internal teams.
• Problem‑solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Knowledge of Singapore workplace safety and statutory requirements.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and respond to operational issues.
• Leadership and team management capabilities.
