Facilities Management Officer – Buildings & Shops (5 days)

About the role

The Facilities Management Officer will support the upkeep of our company’s buildings and shop outlets across Singapore. You will work closely with electricians, technicians and the Building Maintenance Manager to ensure a safe and well‑maintained environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate repairs and maintenance activities with contractors, vendors and internal technicians.
• Perform regular CCTV checks on company premises and manage security systems such as biometric access and surveillance cameras.
• Handle tenant maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution.
• Administer related paperwork and documentation for repair orders and service requests.
• Undertake any ad‑hoc duties assigned by supervisors.

Required profile

• Diploma in Facilities Management or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in facilities management or related administrative duties.
• Good time‑management and communication abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
