Facilities Management Officer – Buildings & Shops (5‑day week)

About the role

Join a dynamic facilities team responsible for the upkeep of company buildings and shop outlets across Singapore. You will work closely with electricians, technicians and the Building Maintenance Manager to ensure a safe and well‑maintained environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate repairs and maintenance activities for buildings and shops with contractors, vendors and internal technicians.
• Perform regular CCTV monitoring of all premises.
• Manage security systems, including biometric access and CCTV equipment.
• Handle tenant maintenance requests and oversee their resolution.
• Perform related administrative duties and support ad‑hoc tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Diploma in Facilities Management or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in facilities management or related administrative duties.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong time‑management and communication abilities.
