Facilities Manager - Industrial Portfolio

About the role

JLL is hiring a Facilities Manager for an industrial portfolio in Singapore. The role leads comprehensive facilities management operations, delivering excellence in hard and soft services while ensuring operational efficiency, tenant satisfaction and sustainable practices.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee building systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, structural) and run preventive and corrective maintenance to minimise downtime
• Manage contractors and vendors, conduct facility inspections and audits, and partner with Health and Safety teams on compliance
• Run soft services (cleaning, waste, landscaping, pest control, environmental services), set standards and performance metrics, and oversee reception, mailroom, security coordination and visitor management
• Act as the main point of contact for tenants, run engagement sessions and collaborate with leasing, project management, finance and asset management teams
• Support annual budgeting, review and approve invoices, prepare financial reports and identify cost optimisation opportunities
• Maintain emergency response and business continuity plans, run drills and lead incident response
• Drive sustainability initiatives (energy efficiency, waste reduction, water conservation) and track sustainability metrics

Required profile

• On-site position in Singapore
• Deep understanding of building systems, industrial facilities operations and maintenance best practices
• Proven ability to source, negotiate with and manage service providers
• Strong budgeting, cost control and financial analysis skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, and thorough knowledge of health, safety and environmental regulations
• Ability to influence outcomes and drive performance without direct authority over all service providers
