Facilities/Building Executive – Class A Commercial Buildings

About the role

Our client in the real‑estate sector is looking for a Facilities/Building Executive to manage Class A commercial properties across Singapore. The role involves overseeing day‑to‑day building operations and ensuring a safe, well‑maintained environment for tenants.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections of building areas, fire protection systems and common facilities, follow up on rectifications and recommend improvements.
• Oversee daily operations including security, housekeeping, landscaping, waste management, lifts, parking, irrigation and fire‑life‑safety systems.
• Manage booking, usage and upkeep of shared amenities and coordinate contractor activities to meet service standards and schedules.
• Work with M&E teams on inspections, testing and commissioning during tenant fit‑out and reinstatement projects.
• Participate in emergency preparedness, fire drills and provide after‑hours emergency support.
• Assist in preparing and monitoring operational and capital‑expenditure budgets.
• Liaise with tenants, contractors, consultants and external parties for upgrade projects and contract administration.

Required profile

• Diploma in Building Management, Facilities Management, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in facilities or building management.
• Strong ability to engage with tenants, contractors, service providers and other stakeholders.
