Facility Management Technician

About the role

Mondelēz International in Southeast Asia is hiring a Facility Management Technician in Jurong for a temporary, fixed-term position supporting its manufacturing operations. The technician keeps facility equipment running smoothly through troubleshooting, preventive maintenance and coordination with contractors.

Key responsibilities

• Perform troubleshooting and maintenance for all facility-related equipment
• Carry out routine preventive maintenance and corrective actions so building systems run smoothly and efficiently
• Liaise with contractors for repairs and preventive maintenance
• Ensure proper operation and preventive maintenance of HVAC, fire protection, plumbing, lighting, generators and other equipment
• Operate and maintain the wastewater treatment plant (WWTP)
• Handle emergency breakdowns, report irregularities and update maintenance records and service provider sheets
• Maintain the stock list and log of maintenance parts and consumables
• Carry out other ad-hoc duties when assigned

Required profile

• Experience in simple handyman jobs and basic electrical hands-on work
• Able to work independently with a good working attitude
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Minimum NTC in electrical engineering or equivalent
• Certification on work at height, confined space, forklift licence and scissor lift operation licence preferred
