Production Operator – Food Processing

About the role

Production Operator assists with food processing operation and filling, ensuring cleanliness and good housekeeping in production plants.

Key responsibilities

• Perform operation according to work instruction.
• Prepare for start‑up, including verification of metal detectors and other critical control points.
• Carry out machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Check and record net weight digitally.
• Maintain hygiene and safety at all times.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Weekly rotating shift schedule (Mon‑Sat 7am‑3pm, Mon‑Fri 3pm‑11pm, Mon‑Fri 11pm‑7am).
• Minimum NITEC or foreign diploma/degree in Engineering.
• Ability to work in a non‑air‑conditioned environment.
• Capable of lifting up to 25 kg of material.
• WSQ Food Safety Course (FSC) Level 1 is an added advantage.
