Facultative Reinsurance Broker

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Facultative Reinsurance Broker to manage facultative reinsurance accounts and support business growth across Southeast Asia. The role offers exposure to international markets, client leadership, and clear progression opportunities within a dynamic team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Acquire new clients through market development and networking activities.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Conduct client research and analysis to design optimal reinsurance solutions.
• Manage day‑to‑day account tasks, ensuring compliance and timely delivery.
• Monitor market trends and deliver insights to support business strategy.
• Prepare reports and account reviews for senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in reinsurance broking or underwriting.
• Solid understanding of international reinsurance markets, especially in Southeast Asia.
• Proven ability to manage facultative accounts effectively.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities.
• Leadership potential with interest in mentoring and succession responsibilities.
