F&B Captain / Senior Captain – Singapore

About the role

The F&B Captain / Senior Captain leads the front‑of‑house team to deliver exceptional dining experiences across our island‑wide outlets. You will greet guests, manage orders, and ensure smooth service while supporting the manager in special events and daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests promptly, present menus, and promote specials.
• Take food and beverage orders, repeat them accurately, and inform guests of expected service times.
• Oversee and coordinate the server team during your shift.
• Enter orders efficiently into the Point‑of‑Sale (POS) system and process payments.
• Maintain outlet cleanliness and adhere to Food & Beverage Safety and Hygiene standards.
• Assist in planning and organizing special events.
• Monitor inventory levels and conduct accurate stock checks.
• Execute opening, operating, and closing procedures.
• Handle cashier payment issues and escalate guest complaints when necessary.
