About the role

Take your passion to the next level and work alongside other masters of their craft at Marina Bay Sands. The F&B Maitre'D leads the host and hostess team in the Marquee outlet, ensuring seamless guest experiences from reservation to departure.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and schedule the host/hostess team, approve flexi‑day requests and manage payroll related tasks.
• Greet guests warmly, escort them to seats, personalize service using guest names and acknowledge special occasions.
• Maintain the reservation system, prepare allocation plans, confirm bookings and handle group reservations following SOPs.
• Monitor table set‑ups, cleanliness and compliance with Marina Bay Sands standards.
• Respond promptly to guest comments, requests and complaints, taking ownership to resolve issues.
• Collaborate with service and kitchen teams to develop promotional ideas that drive revenue.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in hospitality or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 4 years of customer‑service or guest‑contact experience in a hospitality environment.
• Willingness to work varied shifts, including mornings, evenings, overnight and public holidays.
• Professional, well‑groomed appearance in line with Marina Bay Sands guidelines.
