F&B Receptionist Executive

About the role

The F&B Receptionist Executive is the primary point of contact for guests at the restaurant, responsible for managing reservations, greeting patrons, and ensuring smooth front‑desk operations. This role blends customer service, administrative tasks, and coordination with kitchen and service teams to deliver an exceptional dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare client bookings, set tables before arrival, and manage e‑reservations across all platforms.
• Operate the front desk: answer calls, greet customers, and provide information on table availability.
• Maintain accurate guest records, handle payment collection, and keep detailed payment logs.
• Assist guests with inquiries, resolve issues within your capacity, and forward complaints to management promptly.
• Communicate booking details, special needs, and complaints to service staff, including waiters and kitchen personnel.
• Uphold hygiene, safety standards, and company standard operating procedures.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs.
• Team‑player who can collaborate with restaurant staff and management.
• Willingness to work a 6‑day week, including weekends and public holidays.
