F&B Service Assistant – Entry Level

About the role

We are seeking an entry‑level Food & Beverage Service Assistant to deliver courteous service throughout the dining experience across our island‑wide locations in Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional and courteous customer service from arrival through completion of the dining experience.
• Accurately record and communicate customers’ food and beverage orders to the appropriate team.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist customers with menu selections and provide accurate information on available food and beverage items.
• Prepare dining tables for service and clear and reset tables as required.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and overall presentation of the dining and service areas.
• Assist with customer billing and payment transactions in accordance with established procedures.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to support efficient order preparation and service.
• Handle customer enquiries, requests and feedback professionally and escalate matters requiring further assistance.
• Observe all applicable food hygiene, workplace safety and restaurant operating procedures.
• Undertake other reasonable duties related to restaurant operations as assigned by the supervisor.
