F&B Service Crew

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic F&B Service Crew members to join our restaurant team in Singapore. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, preparing beverages and desserts, and maintaining a clean, welcoming dining environment.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers as they enter the restaurant and address their queries.
• Clean tables after guests leave and set them up for the next patrons.
• Prepare beverages, desserts, and cut fruit for daily service.
• Take beverage orders accurately from serving staff or directly from guests.
• Assist with restocking and replenishing bar inventory and supplies.
• Maintain basic knowledge of menu dishes and appropriate sauce pairings.
• Inspect, dry, and organize cutlery, crockery, and silverware.
• Carry trays and deliver food to waitstaff promptly.
• Uphold hygiene, safety, and restaurant standards at all times.
• Follow company standard operating procedures and perform any other assigned duties.

Required profile

• Willingness to work a 6‑day week, including weekends and public holidays.
• Strong communication skills to interact with guests and staff.
• Attention to detail for cleanliness and food safety.
• Ability to handle inventory restocking and basic food preparation.
• Basic understanding of menu items and sauce pairings.
