F&B Team Leader (All Day Dining)

About the role

The All Day Dining outlet is seeking a proactive F&B Team Leader to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction. You will coordinate staff, oversee daily operations, and uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the dining team to deliver optimal service and meet guest needs.
• Perform opening and closing duties, including setup, equipment cleaning, and securing the venue.
• Maintain clean‑as‑you‑go standards and monitor dining room seating, safety, and guest wellbeing.
• Submit work orders for maintenance and report any incidents to management and loss prevention.
• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, and coaching staff.
• Enforce company policies, safety procedures, and uniform standards.
• Welcome guests, address service needs, and provide courteous assistance to individuals with disabilities.
• Handle cashier duties and follow cash‑handling processes.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant food‑and‑beverage experience.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lb, standing for long periods, and navigating confined spaces.
• Strong communication skills and a professional appearance.
