About the role

The Field Coach will drive retail excellence across multiple luxury boutiques in Singapore. Working closely with store leaders, you will elevate sales performance, client experience, and talent development through targeted coaching and strategic execution.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with store leaders to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
• Conduct regular in‑store coaching sessions focused on high‑jewelry selling techniques.
• Identify performance gaps and create tailored coaching plans for individuals and teams.
• Reinforce luxury service standards and guide advanced clienteling practices for high‑net‑worth customers.
• Develop structured coaching programs and mentor store managers on leadership capabilities.
• Ensure consistent visual merchandising and brand guideline execution across locations.
• Analyze sales data and KPIs, providing feedback and reports to retail leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience in luxury retail, preferably with exposure to high jewelry.
• Background in store management or multi‑store support.
• Strong coaching and training abilities with a passion for people development.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Business acumen to analyze sales performance and drive results.
• Experience serving high‑net‑worth clientele.
• Willingness and ability to travel across multiple store locations.
