Field Sales & Activation Executive – Singapore

About the role

This commercially driven, field‑based role focuses on accelerating distribution, sales and brand execution for NOCCO, Barebells and Vitamin Well across Singapore. You will grow the brands’ presence in gyms, fitness partners, retail and other local accounts, spending most of your time visiting customers, winning new accounts and ensuring consistent point‑of‑sale execution.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver monthly volume, distribution and commercial targets through planned routes and purposeful customer visits.
• Manage and grow existing accounts with regular follow‑ups, relationship building and upselling/cross‑selling.
• Prospect, approach and win new accounts to expand brand presence across Singapore.
• Secure regular orders and ensure product availability, visibility, pricing and display standards at customer sites.
• Plan and execute sampling, activations, events and demos, coordinating teams from planning through follow‑up.
• Own field execution of branded fridge placements, from site identification to stock and performance monitoring.
• Collaborate closely with the distributor and Vitamin Well Group teams, turning field insights into actionable plans.

Required profile

• Commercially driven sales professional who enjoys meeting customers in the market and converting opportunities into business.
• Proactive, structured and independent, with a hands‑on approach to account ownership and execution.
• Strong interest in sports, fitness and active lifestyles, with knowledge of the local fitness community.
• Team player who shares insights and contributes to collective success.
