Field Sales Consultant - Professional Oral Health

About the role

P&G is looking for a Field Sales Consultant to join its Professional Oral Health business, working with the global FMCG brand Oral-B. The position is based at the Singapore General Office and is full time.

Key responsibilities

• Territory account management: make 7-10 calls per day to general practice dentists, hygienists and selected specialists, and deliver lunch and learn sessions when needed
• Key accounts: develop and deliver education and POME at dental schools, distributor branches and professional organizations
• Coverage routing: build and run an efficient route plan so 95-100% of the assigned dental professionals are reached 3-4 times per year
• Manage individual expense budgets and report all calls weekly
• Handle customer service: return calls, place orders and deal with individual requests
• Take part in dentistry and hygiene association meetings, study clubs and trade shows as assigned
• Develop a territory action plan aligned with the POH action plan and attend all assigned meetings and conference calls
• Act as the field voice on key projects such as network teams, convention teams, channel teams, customer service and field influencing training, and analyze reports monthly with a quarterly business review

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in science, preferably dental or another field
• At least 2 years of sales experience; medical or dental sales preferred
• Ability to work well with diverse groups of people
• Willingness to travel on the job
