About the role
We are partnering with a global leader in industrial 3D printing and additive manufacturing to hire a Field Service Engineer. The role involves on‑site preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs and customer training for automation, electrical and 3D manufacturing equipment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide on‑site preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and customer training.
- Maintain accurate service records and conduct timely on‑site visits to minimise equipment downtime.
- Coordinate internal and external teams to ensure service standards, customer satisfaction and technical support.
- Attend customer sites and perform machine assembly, alignment, installation, commissioning and operational verification.
Required profile
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering.
- 2‑4 years hands‑on troubleshooting experience with automation, electrical and industrial 3D printing equipment.
- Ability to work independently on customer sites.
