Finance Business Partner

About the role

The Finance Business Partner will analyse financial performance, generate insights and develop scenario analyses to evaluate risks and opportunities across the APAC region. Reporting to the Regional FP&A Manager, this role supports decision‑making by partnering with stakeholders on revenue, margin, OpEx and CapEx initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual outlooks, forecasts and budgets for APAC.
• Coordinate and consolidate regional revenue estimates, providing trend analysis and recommendations.
• Deliver financial reports, variance analysis and actionable commentary to support the close process.
• Develop scenario models to assess risks and opportunities and advise management.
• Monitor headcount movements against budget and hiring plans.
• Review country CapEx forecasts, budgets and actuals, ensuring timely system submissions.
• Evaluate revenue performance, identify risks/opportunities and provide insights.
• Create benchmarking metrics to improve P&L efficiency.
• Enhance financial reporting processes for actuals, forecasts and budgets.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to support strategic decisions.
• Lead training for Controllers, Finance Managers and analysts on analytics tools and EPM systems.

Required profile

• Strong analytical capability and business acumen.
• Experience working in a highly visible, regional finance role.
• Ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
