Finance Business Partner

About the role

The Finance Business Partner supports the finance team by delivering financial analysis and business insights that help stakeholders make informed decisions. The role concentrates on FP&A support, data analysis, budgeting preparation and close partnership with business units.

Key responsibilities

• Support business units in understanding financial performance, conduct cost and margin analysis, and provide insights for operational improvements.
• Assist in budgeting, forecast preparation, variance analysis and consolidate financial data for periodic performance reports.
• Build and maintain financial models, support management reporting packages, KPI tracking and dashboard preparation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve data quality, reporting efficiency, process automation and implement financial control frameworks.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in FP&A, commercial finance or business analytics.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field; CA/CPA/CFA certification or progress toward certification is a strong plus.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and time‑management abilities, with a commercial mindset and proactive attitude.
